Extension of Road Side Assistance by Ford India

As India is a developing auto country, many companies want to attract the customers by launching different models and new versions. Besides new launches and developments of the cars, the automobile industry is also showing interest in launching services which are efficient and useful to the customers and thus want their services to attract the people. In this context, the Ford's best selling car company is extending its services of assistance for different cities.

24-hour pioneered service for the roadside assistance service was launched in India in November 2007. Under this program in the first phase, different places of Delhi & NCR, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune was covered. During the second phase, the service was extended to different cities like Hyderabad, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Kochi within less than five months.


Under the third phase different cities like Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata were serviced in the year 2008. With the success of all these phases, the company wants to extend the services even to Agra and thus the completion of the golden triangle Delhi, Agra and Jaipur will be completed.


This service is used 24-hours service in case of emergency. Several types of services like on-site mechanic services in case of small repairs, transportation to the service center in case of large repairs, fuel delivery, jump start batteries etc.


This will help the Ford customers a lot in cases of flat tyre, battery drain out, lost/locked in keys etc.
