Aromatherapy essential oils can be bought individually or also as aromatherapy oil kits. You can also buy special blends and massage oils that come with instructions about how the product is used. Learning how to use an essential oil and knowing the correct way to dilute and apply them is very important to get best results.
Easy Inhalation:
Use 3-4 drops of essential oil on a tissue or handkerchief and place it near your nose and inhale it. If you are trying the oil for the first time make sure that you use only one drop so that you don't have sensitivity or reaction to the oil.
Massage oil:
One of the best ways to enjoy aromatherapy is by massage. With the effect of massage, it stimulates all organs in the body including skin, muscles, nerves and glands. Some oils are not appropriate for bath and may irritate the skin so make sure to check the instructions first.
Vaporizers and burners:
These devices enable you to use in kitchens effectively to clear cooking odors and create a relaxing atmosphere in the home. For general household freshening you can sprinkle few drops of oil to your trash can, laundry wash, drain, vacuum bag filter.
Instant relief:
If you are suffering from cold, asthma, cough or slight fever and to get relief from them put 3 to 4 drops of oil into the handkerchief and gently inhale.
